Someone should jump on this for foam
cutting... The Astro 110D can be put into "test" mode (by holding down the
start button,and then turning on the power), if you then push the start button
one more time the charger becomes a variable Amperage power supply. Which
is really handy, since once you find out what amperage you like to cut what foam
at, you can replicate that exactly regardless (pretty much) of length of cutting
wire used. It also provides a very stable energy source, and therefore
keeps the wire a consistent temperature.
