Full rules F3J contest - the ONLY exceptions are:

1. Scores will be carried into the flyoff rounds.
2. 4 man team protection.
3. Flyoff rounds Sunday afternoon (3) for top 10 qualifiers.

Registration is open now and you can reserve your frequency NOW by registering 
online - reserved frequencies posted to RCSE weekly. 
Frequencies are reserved on a first-paid first-served basis.
