I'm presently building a new LT/S wing with about my 30th set of Les's cores. What a joy it is to work with cores and beds that match up and have such smooth surfaces!

Les has things figured out, including using the waste from tapered sections to neatly fill around the cores and beds to protect them for shipping.

He custom makes his own boxes from cardboard sheet and they fit like a glove. Everything Les does reflects his skill and conscientious nature.

He even put tabs on the ends of the masking tape pieces he keeps related parts together with, so you don't have to gouge the foam to remove the tape.

Why don't I cut my own? Well, I'm failing in enough areas already without adding core mangling with a hot wire to the list. I just let Les cut them right.

Les's website is http://compufoamcore.com/. If you want cores for the Genie or the Genie LT/S, you need not enter all the data. Just ask for "Like Harley uses".
