F3J in the Rockies is planned for Memorial Day weekend. I understand the
difficulty of arranging teams so I have put together a little web app that
allows entrants to create or join teams. Here is a little discussion of the
process. You can register for the event and manage teams at:
http://www.rmsadenver.com/f3j_in_the_rockies.htm

You must be registered online for the event before you can join or create a
team.

Two types of teams may be created - public and private.

Public teams are for individuals that are looking for teammates. When a
public team is created anyone can join it until it is filled to capacity.
Members may be deleted, but only by the original team creator. This allows
singles looking for teams to get hooked up.

Private teams are for groups that already know they have teammates. Only
the team creator can add members to the team list. Also only the team
creator can delete members from private teams.

All currently registered pilots that indicated team affiliations are in the
system. Unaffiliated pilots should join an existing team or create a team
to locate others.

I hope this helps to coordinate attendees from out of town.

Hope to see some of you at the event!
