I suspect I did not make it clear as to why I was asking the question, which
makes a good answer difficult.  So, option one, removeable tape to allow
disassembling the wing into three pieces; or option two, epoxy and glass
tape for a permanent one-piece wing.

So far, two votes for tape only and one for epoxy and tape (glass I
presume).
The epoxy person didn't feel the need for a break-down wing.
