After my LiPoly battery spent 8 months turned on and hanging in a tree; it's
not performing well at all.

I've charged and loaded the LiPoly battery twice. It seems to maintain it's
nominal voltage just fine. But, under load it dies quickly.

It's a 700mAh pack. But now I'm only getting ~80mAh.

I may test it again to see if it gets better. But I'm loosing my enthusiasm
and have ordered a replacement.
