The standard size wire ( 22 or 24 size) is fine. TWIST the wire that goes in the long runs. You can always add 10pf caps later if you have problems. Twisting the wire normally cansels out the RF that may be picked up by wires. If you add the caps put them as close to the Receiver as you can between the wires to short out any RF that is picked up by the wires.
