...there is actually a different milled down tow hook that comes with the G2
(which sits lower than the standard tow hook) thus allowing you to use a
full-size ballast rod.

Hey guys,
Yes it does. Seems like Vladimir ran out of ideas at that point and just
made it that way. I find the ballast works OK by making the ballast rod
just a bit smaller than the diameter of the ballast tube so that it clears
the tow hook. I manage to get up to 23 oz of ballast in it without much
work.

Whats the deal with the tow hook assembly coming up
into the ballast tube area, I don't get it ?
They have a slot in the bottom of the tube so the hook assembly
comes into the tube.
How do you use the tube ?
