Brother Bubba, you must have certainly forgot about F3J and F3B... and of course if you ever were to make the journey to Chicago for our Fred Fredrickson memorial contest (OVSS MoM), you would be landing SKAG-less on a F3J tape. (TK likes the term skag). And enjoying our major league hospitality of course... 8-) (I'd have to stock up on exotic beers weeks in advance if he really would make the trip up)

The Mid South has always been skeg friendly in the past. I haven't  heard of
any contest that didn't allow them other than Nostalgia class events.  Most
contests definitely don't allow you to slide through the landing zone and hit
people, so I'd say that some sort of landing arrestor is a good  idea.
