Hey Guys . . .

A great opportunity for someone (or someone's) . . . I have 2 Tempest's that
are for sale. Both are x-tail TD versions.

The first one was built as my personal plane for this season . . . it has all
of about 10 flights on it and is basically in new condition. For those of you
that know me and have probably already guessed it, I'm pretty much done with TD
flying . . . 15 years of contest flying included lots of great wins and great
flying, but I have some other interests as far as flying is concerned and I'm
committing my time to these interests for the immediate future.

Getting back to the plane, it is my usual Kawasaki Green with purple stripes on
the wing bottom . . . the usual Tempest specs - 128 inch span, 1016 squares,
MH32, 76 oz flying weight. Comes with wing servos (JR DS368's) . . . fuse
servos are negotiable (DS537 on elevator and DS368 on rudder).

Fuselage has been painted due to some minor seamline uglies. Done with
matching paint to the "in-the-mold" painted parts.

I'm asking $900.00 for this plane including installed wing servos.

The second plane was built for a customer who flew it for approximately 1 month
and was not happy with it. I refunded his money and took the plane back. It
has a couple of cosmetic "uglies" on it, but is structurally sound. First ugly
is the "standard" leading edge shin modification . . . damage is to an area
approximately 3" x 4" . . . almost invisible on the top surface, but quite
visible on the bottom. Second ugly is some cracking and repair around the wing
joiner holes on the fuse . . . once again, it is quite ugly, but is still
structurally sound . . . if you're going to be doing continual dork landings
with this plane, the uglies will probably continue to grow . . . it's just one
of those things that can happen in a high-stress area, and once it's starts,
it's there for the lifetime of the fuse.

Other features on this plane include custom trilerons . . . these are "boot"
activated (hopefully the photos will be self-explanatory) and move quite
easily. The plane also has a custom carbon-rod nose skeg . . . a 1/4 inch
carbon rod slips through a tube in the nosecone into another tube in the
fuselage . . . acts as a skeg and a nosecone retainer.

The fuselage was originally setup for 2 JR DS368 servos, so keep that in mind
as the inner cone has been cut for this size servo.

Asking $400.00 for this plane.

If someone is really interested, they can buy both planes for $1200.00 . . .
that's one basically new plane all-ready to go and a nice backup plane that
just needs radio equip for the price of a new kit.

Would prefer PayPal, but a money order would also work. Will only sell to US .
. . no international shipping involved.
