Trying to understand the symbolism here of "ICON".
The plate is the "America Remembers" series. $25 is donated to a fund for
"victims of terrorism and local governments for training, equipment and
other items related to public safety initiatives intended to prevent
further acts of terrorism or other disasters or emergency situations in
Illinois."
Illinois has too many specialty plates, very confusing.
