I hear you,  I remember the past Chicago SOAR NATS  in the seventies
increasing the event by a day and I didn't like that because I didn't want
to be away from the business  ( my greed level was very high back then ) .

Your right about the retired guys, so far,  you are only the second person
voting (many responses) to keep the same days.  Many of the guys have
mentioned safe travel time on Sunday over Monday and many of the guys show
up on Wednesday to do some flying.

Some guys have mentioned setting a different date, but were not talking
California, were talking Mid West where four consecutive days of nice flying
weather just doesn't happen routinely anytime of the year.  thanks for the
input.
