[RCSE] another level IV goal and return

Paul Siegel completed his level IV XC today with the help of Steve Siebenaler and Dick Pratt, I cheered. Good air today, Paul got very high and went higher.  High enough that he decided to do a one hour during the same flight.  A good day, nice to see a flying buddy accomplish this task. Another one hour flight and Paul will have finished the level IV tasks.   I'll have someone to talk to for 8 hours on the slope as we both work on that set of challenges. Barry
