Pull your head out of your arse and look at this thing with a little reality.  
Everybody involved played a role in the fiasco down there.  If it was so much 
the Local Governments responsibility, then I wonder why the Federal Government 
is so heavily involved this time with Rita approaching Texas.  Could it have 
anything to do with what state our Village Idiot (oops I mean President) is 
from?  I would like to hope not, but I do believe it does.  The Federal 
Government could have just as easily staged for Katrina as they have for Rita, 
if they had not had there heads buried in their respective arses as well.
