OK, gentlemen, let's let cooler heads prevail in this forum. Here are
some of things we do NOT know for sure:
- That there's a knowledgeable slope pilot playing footsie with aircraft in
the pattern at the airport.
- That this wasn't a one time incident.
- That said pilot probably doesn't read this or other lists. (Being
statistically inclined, I must point out that the probability of not reading
this list, given the total number of R/C pilots now flying, could be pretty
high.)
Therefore, until the whole story is completely known, how about ceasing
and desisting with threats about what must be done to said individual.
Remember, the guilty individual could be an innocent rank beginner totally
ignorant of the threat produced to full-scale aircraft and blissfully
obtaining as much joy from his simple foam aircraft as knowledgeable members
of this forum obtain from the latest and greatest moldies.
