Jim,

I would ream out the existing sleeve carefully using a cradle for the
fuse and a drill press and then epoxy in a new correctly sized sleeve
in the fuse with appropriate backing doubler plates or laminations and
fillet it in with some carbon tow. Better safe than sorry.
