If you do it all as one piece you only need to do it once.

Just a quickie - say you're doing an aileron HLG wing, no dihedral (or
minimal).... Question is, do you bag it as one piece, or would you bag
left and right halves to join later?

I could see arguments for both, but I'm just looking for the logic I'm
overlooking.
