If you are inside the VM click the Devices menu and install Guest Additions. This adds a new device that you can mount as a disk. From there the Guest Additions need to be compiled. there is a script for that. I am not sure if you are allowed to distribute the compiled Guest Additions with a preconfigured VM image. VMWare has a similar feature, I am not sure about Parallels.
