Christopher:

I have been running SoaS on VMware Fusion on a MacBook Pro 17" very 
successfully. I am using Fedora-16-x86_64-Live-SoaS.iso.  We are able to run 
reliably, and to access both the cam and mic from the Mac within the VM.
