There are later versions of Tux Paint[2] & Tux Math[3] that are found in the AU-F18[4] testing builds that may work if you install the underlying rpms. While sugar is unable to deal with the rpm issue on its own, the bug has been closed[5]. Think asking Walter for details on how to proceed is your best bet.
