  I cant find any button to press it for reset this device to factory setting !
  So i have been sent an email to Wave ( Speed lan ) support and i have this 
answer :

  I am sorry but we do not support the 8200 series product.  This product has 
been discontinued for many years now.  We only support the 9000 series product.
