i have a device thats 10mb half duplex ethernet, it hands out dhcp
and is meant to normally interface directly to a laptop via crossover,
however it'd be nice if i could drop some device on it and have it 
wirelessly connect to a remote machine., basically making an end
to end crossover cable replacement,.

it'd also be great if said device ran off 12 VDC. linksys have a 
couple of adapters, dunno how well they work though, any ideas?
