Sounds expensive. Just a 'course'. I gather for Corporations that pay for their employee's traning it sounds at the 'ok' level. This does not appear to imply an industry standard which would be more direct and to the point. COMPTia, Avaya (CTP) since you are really employing convergence in the best case)), CISCO, and Adtran is most excellent. I believe an industry standard technical certification could be gotten for much less money and much more work.
 
    Thank you for the information. I just don't see the ROI just training people to 'know stuff'. Things are pretty straight forward nowadays. You put in a $1.00 and a $1.06 comes out ( usually in the Accounting Dept. In IT (Convergence) its usually .94 cents out for $1.00 in)
