I asked the manufacturer, and the cards that Demarc are selling / shipping are "preproduction".
Given some of what I've seen Tony do before, this isn't surprising.
Well, here, I'll just quote the manufacturer:
The cards we send to Demarc are from our preproduction run. Production has started last week and is currently in progress. Everything is looking good and in fact yields are in the high 90's.
