Hi,

This is update to the "Planning migration to GitHub" post [1]
from a few weeks ago.

This is official now, the development (Git and Issue tracker) of SOCI
has moved to GitHub and lives under the SOCI organisation [2].

Currently, there is only one repository hosted - it is the upstream.

The Issues tracker is ready to use [4].

The best way to contribute to SOCI is to follow the typical GitHub workflow:
fork SOCI, apply your edits and submit Pull Request.
Feel free to join SOCI development!

There is also Wiki [5], so anyone who would like to put there an article,
faq, howto, examples, etc. about SOCI is more than welcome to do so.
