Использую SOCI 3.0.0 библиотеку для доступа к ОРАКЛЕ.
Все отлично работает.
Понадобилось "размножить" данное приложение. Т.к. "рабочие" ПК, находятся в
разных городах, были выслано приложение, все необходимые библиотеки и клиент
ОРАКЛЕ. ПК индентичны, ОС установлена у всех одна, Оракле клиент единый,
переменные среды одинаковые! Вообщем на двух из трех ПК, приложение
запускается, на третьем ПК нет!
Пишет "Cannot create environment"
Я понимаю, что SOCI не может, "создать" переменные OCI среды, но еще раз
повторю - все идентично(даже материнские платы и т.д.)
Подскажите в что может быть не так?

Everything works fine .

Oracle client . PCs are identical , the OS is installed at all one , Orakle
single client , environment variables are the same! Generally two of the three
PCs, the application runs in the third PC is not!
Writes "Cannot create environment"
I understand that the SOCI can not "create" OCI environment variables , but I
repeat - all identical (even motherboards , etc.)
Prompt in what could be wrong?
