A lot of printer dialogue boxes give you the option to "Print to File" instead of selecting one of the printers listed.
I decided to try this option and "Printed my Document to File" , saving it as Test.prn (the .prn extension is compulsory, not something I made up"
Now I have this *.prn file, I don't know what to do with it. If I click on it, Windows does not know how to open it (Win XP, by the way), and I can't see any way of sending it to any of my printers.


If anyone knows how to use the "Print to File" option, I would be pleased to hear from them.
