That would be pricy, and possibly less useful. I decided to grab the 
Oxford condensed dictionary. It seemed to be at the right price range 
($20) and I've had good experience with Oxford dictionaries.

Well, a patent attorney's dictionary is not likely to be very useful for a 
mathematics French examination.

I'm sure the Oxford condensed will be fine.
