That would be pretty easy. The reason it hasn't happened yet is simply a matter of someone deciding its a priority and either doing it or providing the funding to do it. Maybe a Linux distro? But a better way would be to establish a formal realtionship between Mozilla and OOo with meetings between the engineers to plan it.
