The head of ColabNet, Brian Behlendorf, was on 20/20 explaining how his outsourcing of certain posistions allowed him to keep everyone at the company, and grow.
It was just cool to see someone from a company connected to OOo (they host the OOo website) on TV. Plus he made a good explaination of how outsourcing is a good thing.
