Hello Bill (and others) Thanks for your continuing efforts to resolve the download/playback issues with the Douglas address. I have done the new downloads and the Windows Media File plays fine in both the Windows and RealOne Players. However, the RealOne file generally plays very well in RealOne Player but unfortunately has the same garbled defect in exactly the same location as the previously downloaded file. So, I am puzzled. I have thought maybe I should remove and reinstall the RealOne Player. It played the CBC file OK but this file was much shorter. Any suggestions. At least, I now have one excellent version for Windows Media Player. RealOne is a nice program and seems to be working smoothly with my system so I am pleased enough to have it.
