NOER, National Open Educational Resources ಇದು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿದೆ ಅದೇ ರೀತಿ KOER , Karnataka Open Educational Resources ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿದೆ
ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳನ್ನು KOER ಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿದ್ದರೆ ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿ ಉಳಿಯುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಎರಡೂ NOER. KOER. ಗಳು NCERT. ಮತ್ತು DSERT ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಚಿತವಾಗಿರುವ ವೆಬ್ ಸುಟ್ ಗಳು , ಬಸವರಾಜ ನಾಯ್ಕರ ದಲ್ಲ ನಾಗಣ್ಣ ಸರ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ನಮಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ಬೇಕು ಆದರೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಏನನ್ನಾದರೂ ಹಿಂದಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡುವಾಗ ನಮ್ಮ ಲೆಕ್ಕಾಚಾರ ಉದಾ.
