It's based on latest mainline code. If the driver hasn't changed since 2.6.34, it should just work. Bear in mind that my second patch (two TX boxes) currently has some issues. You might get an error message (no data lost though) when transmitting lots of CAN-frames on a busy system. Still working on it. The first patch, however should give no problem at all, and is already a big performance improvement.
