I wonder if these devices couldn't be handled by the generic "plx_pci" driver: http://lxr.linux.no/#linux/drivers/net/can/sja1000/plx_pci.c And please read http://svn.berlios.de/wsvn/socketcan/trunk/README.submitting-patches especially the chapter about kernel inclusion and coding style.
