ISA devices may also be accessed via I/O ports (using inb and outb). But
that's not the case for the IXXAT PC-104 card.

According to the IXXAT data sheet:

 PC address range: C000h-FFC0h (memory mapped), adjustable in 1 kB steps

> 00000000-0000ffff : reserved

But that range is reserved on you system. Don't know why. Maybe due to
some missing kernel config or some magic BIOS setting.
