Hi Daniele,
thanks for the contribution. I applied it to the SVN as-is.
To patch the SVN i had to do this first:
mkdir kernel/2.6/Documentation/networking/can
cp kernel/2.6/Documentation/networking/can.txt
kernel/2.6/Documentation/networking/can/can-raw.txt
As the can-raw.txt patch based on an existing file ;-)
When the layout is finished, you/we should also add a
00-INDEX
file which describes the files inside the directory.
