Hello list I have installed Debian Lenny on Net5501.
My problem: The first NIC eth0 gets all connections from all of the other NICs (eth1,eth2,eth3). Even though Link detected: yes is output from ethtool ethX. If eth1 has an IP I can pull out the cable from eth1 and still connect to Net5501 with the IP of eth1, even though it's only eth0 that is plugged in and doesn't have the IP assigned. I was told it might be a missing option to the via_rhine module or Lenny in generel, but i'm not experienced in via_rhine/Lenny, so I don't quite know what options I have. Any suggestions for getting eth1, eth2 and eth3 to behave like normal. Or do I have to install Debian Etch instead? Thanks. -- Med venlig hilsen / Best regards Lars E. D.
