compact flash is parallel-ata....

44 pin pata interface ssd's do exist for legacy legacy applications for
the most part they're no fasher than a high-end cf card. some of the
sata ssd's are quite a bit faster, but then again if you needed it to go
really fast you wouldn't be using a 4801 anyway.
