Sorry for the answer, I found the solution.

It is an interesting issue, worth reading.

Geode has an excellent hw RNG, but Debian 
 install the conventional sftware one that uses HD, mouse
 and keyboard. All those entropy sources are not present
 or doesn't work on Soekris.

Installing the Debian package rng-tools install a daemon that
 uses Geode RNG and give an excellent entropy source
