I guess the autoconf fails on vxworks environment. Then you need
something like the win32 stuff:   hand-made config.h and
su_configure.h and hand-made Makefiles (or what ever vxWorks nowadays
uses for make).

I'd start by installing the source tree on a Unix box, creating
wxworks subdir under sofia-sip, cd there and running ../configure
--without-glib. That would create the necessary subdirs, Makefiles and
config.h/su_configure.h. Then all you need to edit the config.h and
trim/edit the Makefiles...
