Hello All, Well, I figured out the problem with my nua_refer() invocation. The problem is the sofia-sip stack was rejecting the Refer-To header because it was not surrounded by <> brackets. I'm a bit surprised by this.
I thought sofia-sip normally adds <> brackets if they are missing. This is
not true?

pcDZjjNHS4a0e = from tag of 2nd call,
as209505db = to tag of 2nd call,
sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED] URL of local phone.
