follows:
1) Create/Register/Subscribe line 10281
2) Unsubscribe/Unregister/Shutdown/Delete line 10281
3) Create/Register/Subscribe line 10282
4) Unsubscribe/Unregister/Shutdown/Delete line 10282

***** Segmentation Violation When 200 OK *****
***** is received in response to REGISTER *****
***** Expires 0 (i.e. unregister) *****
