Hi,
I am developing a Voip smsc. I need to send sms over voip. I am new to
sofia. If I understand correctly, i need H.323 to call another phone and
then sip to transmit the sms. I am not interested in voice communication,
although a response dlr (delivery report) is required.
Is sofia-sip suitable for my task? Or is it, as its name suggests, only SIP?
