What I can say is the QSD has an inherently positive IP3 if the load is 
proper.  It depends on the impedance presented it to to act correctly 
since in the four RC circuits, the R is dominated by the antenna.  I do 
NOT attest to the +23dBm simply because I have not measured it.  People 
are not paying $29 to get a high performance receiver.  I think the idea 
is to have a very low power version where we can do all sorts of things 
from running it with the fancy software, PowerSDR,  down to the Micro908 
with Lyle's DSP board and new DDS board.

Inexpensive is the right word.
