Dick, I'm assuming you've got a quadrature osc/mixer that is centered on 3.379 MHz (eg - the 3.379 MHz appears at DC in the output of your osc/mixer)? If so you should be able to use the SoftRock 40 mods to PowerSDR to tune 16 khz up. The PowerSDR IF is not fixed at 11.025 - it is varied between 9.5 and 12.5 khz when using SDR 1000 hardware to avoid spurs from the DDS (DDS is tuned for optimal spur avoidance, software IF is wiggled to compensate). With the SoftRock mods to the software, we wiggle the IF +/- 24 khz to tune. I'd think this code will probably work for your setup. See http://ewjt.com/kd5tfd/sdr1k-notebook/sr40/sw.html for info on getting the SoftRock mods for PowerSDR.
