I downloaded the free Intel C++ and FORTRAN compilers for Windows,
and they are useless right now. The version that you download
requires MS Studio 2003 version, and will not install with the 2005
version. Too bad, they tend to make highly optimizing compilers.
I have a very old macro processing language and it's written in
FORTRAN, I was thinking a recompile with all the optimization options
on might make it a little faster, maybe some other day. I have not
used FORTRAN in 22 years, wow, time flies when you are having fun.
