I'm not sure you can conclude it actually came from India. Yahoo
doesn't forward the entire header, and the part of the header that
isn't forwarded is lost. I think the spammers rely on this to cover
their tracks.
But, I'll take your word for it.
I'm afraid that lists will ultimately have to go to 100 percent
moderation-which could be done with the help of a small group of volunteers.
