It should be on the first main file page. As SA 3000.zip the actual model is SA 3002, thats the way the zip came. It is not in a folder. It is also over at HuffPuffVFO.
It is listed as a temporary file to be removed to restore file space so that might help you spot it. This software has been a mess to deal with but is good for noise analysis. Alberto mentions that, I think either Spectran or Tcube can also be used for VCO noise, and I only discovered that here recently.
