If you are receiving an error notice then you need to add the DLL
file "qt-mt230nc.dll" if you didn't download it from the site. Try it
with this file. If you have trouble with the file then I have a good
copy I can give you in a zip.

Dream Version 1.6.1 CVS {Receiver/Transmitter Freeware}
Send and receive graphics with text along with mono or stereo audio
over the shortwave bands! Go DXing for Internation DRM boradcast stations!
If you would like to experiment with sending and receiving Digital
Radio Mondiale broadcast then download the software below along with
the DLL file (place the file in the folder after you unzip the Dream
DRM zip file). Links for the freeware and DLL file are below.
To receive DRM you need to take off a 20 KHz wide i.f. channel from
your receiver i.f. and run this into the PC sound card. There are
representative circuits and other ideas on the Web for this. The DRM
signal is 12 kHz wide (+/- 6 kHz) and the center frequency for
demodulation is centered at 12 kHz in the audio pass band. So the
center of the received signal is tuned in when the middle of the 12 kHz
wide pass band is centered at 12 kHz on the DRM Spectrum display, which
will visually help you to tune on center. The left edge of the
waveform starts at around 4 kHz on the spectrum display and ends at
around 18 kHz: centered at 12 kHz.
