The tests that showed microsoft's antivirus rated lower are mostly
worthless, borderline fake. They test for 20 year old dos virus that can't
affect a windows  machine.  Security essentials wont waste your time
scanning for things that have no effect.  Antivirus company sell fear and
doubt,  they dont mind scanning for Amiga virus if it looks good on
review.
